Mangaluru, Sep 3: The central government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has sanctioned a total of Rs 42 crore for various road development projects in Dakshina Kannada district, with work set to commence shortly, announced Capt Brijesh Chowta.
In a press statement, Capt Chowta stated that under the Central Road and Infrastructure Fund (CRIF), the government has allocated funds for the development of approximately 74.30 kilometers of roads in the district.
